Our story
Proventum was founded by Dominic Morin, B.Eng. Electrical, and Matthieu Clas, B.Eng. Mechanical, building on shared experience gained with their first company, Hookmotion, launched in 2019.
From the outset, they have successfully leveraged significant public funding, collaborating successfully with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), the Ministry of the Economy, Export Development Canada (EDC), Canada Economic Development (CED), several cities, PROMPT, and many other organizations. Their projects have led to the deployment of products in Quebec, the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Proventum is now leveraging the expertise of its co-founders to replicate this success with its clients.
By combining strategic vision, financial rigor and field experience, we support organizations in structuring their projects, obtaining financing and implementing sustainable growth strategies.
